As you may or not be aware, New Caledonia suffered much damage from unrest which began on 13th May which continues, sadly.
Our family business has been badly affected with cruise cancellations and banking difficulties from a cyber attack on 14th May. We appreciate your bookings but now need to process many refunds according to our cancellation policy. The events and damages to our beautiful New Caledonia have left us totally saddened, devastated and unable to earn any income at all for the past month. We would like to thank you for your patience. Our customers are advised at booking to take travel insurance for unplanned events. Our refund policy is in place to ensure the best possible outcome for both our customers and our viability as a small family business. We thank you for your loyalty, understanding and support and hope we may welcome you to New Caledonia in the future.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Gateaway Shore Tours necessarily incurs costs for you when you book.

Refunds before tour: Up to 30 days - 100% ; 30 - 15 days - 70% ; 14 - 7 days - 50% ; 7 - 3 days - 30% ; Under 3 days or No Shows for any reason: No refund.

If your ship reschedules, your booking will be transferred.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY ADVISED
